Initial 15-Minute Consultation — Free
A brief phone or video call to connect, discuss what you’re looking for from therapy, and ask any questions you may have.
Individual Counselling (50 minutes) — $150

Individual Counselling (75 minutes) — $160

A limited number of sliding scale spaces may be available. Please inquire during the initial consultation.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of your session and can be made by credit card on file, e-transfer, or cash.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are subject to the full session fee. This fee must be settled prior to booking another session.
This policy helps support the sustainability of the practice and ensures that appointment times are available to those who are seeking care.
Insurance
Many extended health plans provide coverage for counselling services with a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate (RCT-C). We recommend confirming your coverage directly with your insurance provider or human resources department, as plans vary.
Direct billing is available with most insurance companies. If direct billing is not available for your plan, receipts will be provided for reimbursement.
