Initial Phone Consultation

(15 minutes)

This complimentary 15-minute phone consultation is a gentle first step before booking an intake or ongoing sessions.

It offers an opportunity for us to briefly connect, explore what you’re hoping for support with, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to ask questions about my approach, availability, or what therapy might look like for you.

There’s no obligation; this conversation is simply a chance to orient yourself and decide what feels right.

In-Person Counselling Therapy

(50 minutes)

These 50-minute in-person sessions provide a consistent, supportive space to explore emotions, patterns, and experiences with care and attention.

Sessions may include talk-based therapy alongside mindfulness, somatic awareness, or parts-based approaches, depending on what feels most supportive for you. The focus is on helping you feel safer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself over time.

In-Person Counselling Therapy

(75 minutes)

A 75-minute session allows for a more spacious pace, offering extra time to settle, explore, and integrate your experience. This option can be especially helpful if you’re working with complex emotions, trauma-related material, or simply prefer a slower rhythm.

Longer sessions support deeper exploration without feeling rushed, while still prioritizing safety and nervous system regulation.

Virtual Counselling Therapy

Virtual sessions offer the same supportive, trauma-informed approach from the comfort of your own space. These sessions are well-suited if you prefer remote therapy or are unable to attend in person.

We’ll work together to ensure the online format feels grounded and supportive, with attention to pacing, presence, and connection.
